TSRL is pursuing a two pronged approach in its technology portfolio:

TSRL has created an oral drug delivery technology portfolio which addresses poor oral absorption as a function of either low aqueous solubility or poor intestinal permeability. TSRL’s patented technologies encompass formulation approaches, which may significantly improve solubility and in vivo drug product dissolution rate of drug candidates.

TSRL has developed prodrug and carrier technologies that address poor intestinal permeability of drugs. These technologies enable utilization of intestinal transporters to increase absorption of drug candidates. TSRL is applying its technologies to internal drug development programs and is also seeking opportunities to out-license its technologies.
